After reviewing:

I can't see anything wrong for Cagriciv (it made a lot more sense if you reported yourself since i saw you using "cunt", "scumbag", "fuck you", etc.) so cant really see where cagriciv trolled, flamed or insulted

Regarding olag, he claimed to be new (and altho he built a warrior camp top,he does eventually make docks - then builds a few granaries mid), however the way you behaved yourself against him definitely dind't help (all of the flaming was definitely not necessary), and considering he's a new player, i woulnd't ban him for it

The habbits of this game is to grant draw or votekick when a new player refuses to collaborate. It is true that I lost my nerves towards Olag. But this was after many attempts of asking nicely. When one gets trolled purposedly (he claims not to know the game, why wouldn't he listen to people who do? ask yourself that question!), I don't see why one should be nice and grateful to the troll. Especially, when he even refuses to speak to his teammates : all he did was talking to the ennemy team to look like an innocent, which he clearly wasn't. This pissed me off, it is called manipulation and thus being a scumbag on purpose. Additionally, Cagri provoking us because he gains elo this way, isn't acceptable.

Please let civiliznations revise this situation, at least he knows how the game is played and who is cagriciv.

You do realize drawing isn't mandatory, meaning that its not bannable not to draw lol

The player was new and while he received some instruction early on (build docks) it quickly turned to votekick/flame with no helpful instruction. And I don't blame him for not listening when he was being yelled at. It's possible to start a votekick on a new player when they refuse to learn, but I don't think he was given the opportunity to learn because the votekick came so soon. It would have been better to try and pause and explain (though you can't be banned for unpausing)

Since the votekick is not really valid Cagri hasn't done anything bannable. He was somewhat toxic but so were you.
