This was at around 44:00 (42:30), he pauses the game indeed during a fight as you can see everyone is in bottom lane (on minimap).

call-me-daddy@useast.battle.net should be banned for pausing game mid fight.

banned 1 day as this was only moment of pause however it was during a fight indeed.
