Any further thoughts: Check chat dialogue, purelife even said he been feeding since start. around 27:40 time frame.

Wisp definitely fed hard throughout the game. He relocated right beside our fountain and walked into it 2-3 times as well. Our team started the votekick first, but it wasn't passed. He just raged for some reason.

After review.

From 20 minutes, it becomes obvious.

22:40 He tps mid near tower and follows axe for a free kill
24:28 He tps to opposing fountain
25:48 Straight into axe for another free kill
26:30 Tps bot lane into medusa and doesn't attack once.
27:25 Tps straight in amongst the mid push.

I don't need to state any more instances. It was clear his intentions were throwing the game by intentionally feeding.
