Any further thoughts: Player BNK7 of my team lagged and the game got interruped every 30secs - 1min. He was using GProxy, therefore he did not disconnect. My team tried to draw the game. Red suggested to kick him first and draw afterwards, which he did not do. Instead he was just trolling about it + insulting a team player.

1) It's within the rules to kick someone who is lagging excessively and abusing Gproxy. I did not break any rule by kicking him.
2) I am not obligated to draw under any circumstances, even if I said I would previously.
3) The rule says: Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively. A few lines in chat isn't even close to excessive. Plus, if you're going to include that mild banter you may as well include things people said to me as well, i.e.:

Seems you're just another guy who can't handle a loss, just like pink from that game who then followed me to try to ruin my games, lol.

It is up to the players to decide if they wish to kick a lagging player, and it is not mandatory that a player is required to draw. It may be good sportsmanship, however, it is not required.

With regards to flaming, it felt very minor during this game.
