Any further thoughts:

Normally I know you can't report ppl for playing badly. But this guy knew what he was doing and I have proof of malicious intentions. In the previous game, we beat him and he got really mad we didnt draw: https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=9898895.

Then in the game, he goes 1/0 with tempests despite having harlots. Level 1, he antistucks green's units who held warriors so he can't get feed mid. He knows what he is doing it and is just trying to make us lose. 5 minutes in, we agree to send 3. He has over 140 lumber but sends dino instead, saying this:

Then basically trolls entire game until we are forced to kick him. Obviously mad from last game and trying to ruin so there's obvious intent of intentional TK

AS green spawn, claiming he wanted green to kill pink's warrior leak (If he had AS at 2.12 when green finishes killing, its possible he would catch the war leak; but on 2.15 he had no chance to catch it) - however hard to judge it was an intentional AS abuse imo

Team asks to send furb, and he sends a dino instead ... that was intentional, not rly "noob" as proved above (he knows what he's doing)

So:

The only situation to be considered "bannable" here is the trolling send - to which a warning is enough imo (sub optimal builds aren't bannable and that AS is so-so)
