Player states that if he doesn't get solo mid he is going to feed. Which he proceeds to do at 3:30 mark and continues to do this throughout game stating he is feeding/ ruining game. I try to votekick several times and the request does not go through and I feel non voters should also be banned.

Only player Blem accepts votekick first attempt
blem,Hello.im.Sloth,and Lucratius accept second attempt and I feel that there is clear evidence of the feeding at this time and all others should also receive ban for failure to votekick.
