Time of Violation (in-game or replay): as soon as round 1 begins.
Any further thoughts: blue dc while in loading, team west wanted to draw, but orange and yellow didn't draw. Team west started crying and didn't want to antistuck unless we !draw. basically ruining the game. (for more than 20 minutes)

Agreed, we waited like 20 mins if not more before the game was drawned... West Team refused to antistuck knowning that it was pure gameruining...
