Looked at your other request, then saw this one so I figured I'd check to see if it was similar.

Looks like red refused to push/had 2/0 lumber at 10 despite his team telling him to push. West attempts VK on red at 21:01, and they say:

Even after the opposing team can see that is the case, and have the choice to kick, they refuse.

Directly from EntGaming:VKRules: You are obligated to !votekick any player that has broken any of ENT's rules. If someone or several indicate that a particular player is game ruining, you, as a player in the game, are obligated to question/check about the situation/claim.
If a votekick is initiated to kick a visible game ruiner, all players are obligated to !yes.

Yellow goes on to say:

Yellow clearly acknowledges that red was TK, and also refused to kick. Both red/yellow are at fault, and I'd put forth that the others were just going along with what yellow said. Yellow had been instructing green on how to play blasters, and is clearly more experienced, he should have known better.

For blue, he solo sent on 16 instead of going king with his team mates, but I don't think it changed the outcome of the game considering East leaked elsewhere for their DD as well.

Finally, on the dinos that leaked to king on the end of 16, yellow proceeds to juggle king to delay even more for their send:

Again, directly from EntGaming:LTDRules: Do not juggle the king preventing him from attacking or killing units.
Do not change the king's target to delay killing, except to efficiently kill multiple targets or kill higher priority targets such as sent units or low hp units. Range stomping and backward waving is allowed.

So...

Red=TK, refusal to work as a team, doesn't respond, doesn't push, literally did not say a single word the entire game.
Blue=Solo sent demon on 16, but would have probably died 17 anyway, so kind of a non-issue considering the terrible play from red
Yellow=Refusal to VK a tk player (red), juggles king on 16 to gain time, says that neither of those is bannable, and literally says "then let the admins deal with it" when told that it is.

So are they banned or not? I dont know what have you decided, since they clearly broke rools.

I'm not a mod, just giving my opinion and an actual list of evidence/timestamps to look at if/when mods do.

tbh I think mods are a bit overloaded with requests right now, as you can see there's over 4 pages of BR pending. Gonna have to be patient

They were unfriendly(or better: plain hostile) to low-elo players and totally aware that red was new and willing to risk it:

That said, when we saw their stats in arena blue had an as bad income as red and push was generally low apart from teal but he suicided his lane. Considering red is a new player I cannot see how he broke a rule. Of course he did not brilliant but he did not much worse than blue or teal and he is a new player, it did not appear that he deliberately ruined the game (like selling his units or building to steal kills ...) So there was absolutely no reason to kick him and as teal knew that red was new it look to me more like a vk abuse.
Don't see that yellow is juggling king, he denied king gold till his units arrived for kill. Do not know if this is breaking any rules, it is allowed to switch targets of higher value and full health mobs are a higher value target in this case. Imho the rules are not clear at this point, probably a mod could clarify this. But it had zero impact on the game anyway.

If someone should be banned then it should be blue killer(QF):
for solo sending demon (33:10), clearly breaking the rules and he is an experienced player
for vk abuse (21:00) against new player, it clearly says "You should not votekick players new to the game!"

ps @karils Just curious, you are not a mod but you invested a lot of time analyzing a game you are not involved in (And doing a biased and incoplete and wrong analysis btw)). How comes?

Karils is a mod candidate. Anyone is allowed to review replays and to give their opinions on any case in order to help moderators and/or refine his own reviewing skills to eventually become moderator. I didn't review the replay, but given all the replies here, it seems to me that his review was fine and he digged deep to review it as a whole.

Being new is not against the rules, but refusing to cooperate and teamkilling are against the rules. Refusing to cooperate, by not pushing in this case, and teamkill are indeed against the rules and are legitimate reasons to initiate a votekick.

Here is the rules in question. It appears to me very clear :

If a votekick is initiated to kick a visible game ruiner, all players are obligated to !yes.
It is possible to game ruin by being new. In this case, votekick will only be valid if the new player refuses to learn and cooperate. Just because someone is a newbie or bad does not mean he is intentionally game ruinning.

I won't argue with anyone on this topic, staying 2/0 after arena when all your team asks you to push is quite obviously "refusing to cooperate".

Coming back to process now.

tako28 will get 2 days ban for refusal to cooperate/TK. While I suspect there may be a language barrier, it doesn't remove responsibility from the play to cooperate with his team, staying 2/0 after arena while the team asks to push is blatant enough.

I will overlook the question of VK abuse as it took me talking to two other moderators to decide how to rule on the TK.

bestlegionnubna will still be banned for juggling, you must kill what the king is targeting, unless to kill send units. He repeatedly targeted new, undamaged dinos on 16 to stall time. 2 days for this offence as well.
