Any further thoughts: Blue had been leaking a bit the whole game, at 47:09 (right before 20 starts), teal tells blue to leave, then red tells blue to send and leave before the round starts. Blue leaves and my team received blue's sent mercenaries. All three should be banned. It's also not Blue's first game as he did not download the map in lobby. Just a fresh account for his IP.
