I asked more than 1 time for mode. He stayed in lobby without talking. He wispered me later that he "does not talk to plebs".
he did not announce his fucked up mode (only 1 builder instead of 3). Just a guy that like to waste others time...

As you can see, he said nothing at all in the lobby before the game started, and also said nothing when the game started, so he didn't pick/choose any modes.
