Any further thoughts:
ultrakill is level 8 and 0-14 in a 40 minute game, and killed a total of 20 creeps. he was reported for this game as well ([ENT] DotA apem us/ca #52) for intentionally throwing. and he's not new, the guy has 600+ games played.
at about 5:45 game time, ultrakill respawns after death and moves around in base for the next minute, possibly a bit more. mind you he has no items, he then goes straight to our tier 1 tower and kills himself and does nothing. He did the exact same thing in this game ([ENT] DotA apem us/ca #52) as pa the day before.
he respawns at about 8:20, goes and does the exact same thing again.
at about 12:20 he is fighting neuts in his own jungle, he has about 2400 gold (no items, but a healing salve), continues to attack creeps and dies to neuts while making no attempt to heal or back away.
at about 13:50 he goes mid with his tema there. while his team are attacking creeps, he just sits behind them doing nothing. his whole team backs and he then goes forward toward our tier 2 tower solo (no creep wave). and runs around in circles while our team kills him.

UDWorker never typed !yes to any of the vk's that were attempted to get rid of ultrakill.
You get the idea at this point. This guy is just a toxic player, and intentionally ruins games. This is the 2nd game he did this in that I was in within a 24 hour period.

Ultrakill (Slardar) mid lane with no items, no skill points put into skills and sticks around when storm comes in to gank sniper and himself.
Feeding
Upon spawning back in at around 8 minutes, he goes semi afk talking nonsense with sniper. Finally decides to leave base at 9:30 with 1700 gold, no items but a salve. Suicides to storm at 9:50-10.
Spawning back in at 10:20 he goes straight towards mid tower for another feed suicide and gets ganked by storm.
Back in at 11:28, this time seemingly playing legit, except he gets close to tower while everyone is ss, so a questionable suicide.
Even suicides to creeps 15 minutes.
16:10 Sits holding position in mid river until he goes to sui at 16:50

So by the end of the game he was indeed 0-14, but they weren't all intentional suicides. Given about 4-6 deaths were intentional I will give him 3 days. The other post I gave him 2 days for the same thing, and so he is now at 5 days.

ent.game.sux and 333wyi333 banned 2 day for refusing to vote in all votekicks.
I have warned CrystalFallV for only voting in 1, as we spoke over discord and he didn't see that they were all intentional.
