Blue solo sends XVZ on 15, team had said to skip because they didn't want to 15:

I don't really think anything else needs to be said on this one.

He called 15 and got support from purple. Purple later called skip 15. Teal's agreement with a skip call wasn't visible for blue because of him ignoring blue, therefore I can totally understand, why he didn't take the skip call into consideration after seeing no answers, however I'll still issue a warning, since he did not communicate against it either. Red did not communicate at all and PP'd after 15.
