Rule player violated: Intentional Game Ruining for oOorah and famicus, not voting to kick them for twoloko and hodor
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): oOrah and famicus intentional game ruining at ~gamtimes 4:45 5:10 6:35 8:00 9:55 11:30 12:50 16:30 17:00 19:30 20:45 22:45. votekick at ~22:00.
Any further thoughts: oOrah and famicus are not simply bad players. they failed on purpose. oOorah says repeatedly that he was out of range for his stun (~8:15 and ~13:05), when he was clearly in range or had more then enough time to walk into range since I stunned first. famicus was most likely hodor's friend and lost to boost hodor's elo. you can tell since famicus repeatedly says "hodor" in all chat, and since hodor refused to votekick oOrah.
This is blatant coordinated game ruining. Please give them all the extended ban they deserve.

Re: Game Ruiners
famicus and hodor are in completely different locations, so unless he's using proxy (which is doubtful because he should be kicked for high ping, since most proxies are slow; and also the IP wasn't a known proxy), they're not the same person and probably not friends.
And from what you said it seems like there's no solid evidence that they were purposely ruining the game.
