so at that point i start to build on green line but as hold which is visible cause i start with cavaliers, since lvl 10 went without king feed i had to sell 2 turr to push 7/5 which was hard needed, there was some other small sells but all was in purpose to add better hold in merged line, where i had 5 cavaliers + some adds but then started votekick with false explanation to oponent team

As you can see yellow didn't vote or say anithing against me at that point cause was obvious my hold was good thing, we did all flame eachother, and i did respond with teasing but not one move of my wa against team which finaly had resoult of win hold.

@atros It seems to be policy of the staff to not punish the people which make the BRQ, so if you feel as if sickness has done something wrong you're going to need to report it to see anything done.

That said, I'll review what was reported originally on this post.

First thing I'll say is that flame generally gets denied as a BRQ unless it is EXTREMELY excessive/towards multiple people or both teams. If it gets to the point where you couldn't just !ignore him anymore, that's where it gets to be bannable IMO. So don't expect much from that.

I'll check on the Sell 11 now:

He sold prior to 11, but he didn't sell ALL of his units/just refuse to build. He sold his turrets which were on their own in order to merge to green with cavaliers almost like crossing after the fact. While I would say he should have left some delay to prevent leaks, east legion didn't leak a single unit on 11 for example. Not sure I can call this TK and I'm not sure what the mod which reviews this will decide on the topic. I feel it could go either way.

As I mentioned above, the sell wasn't TK, he merged and they didn't seem to have problems because of it other than on 12.

While the flame is annoying, it doesn't seem very offensive to me personally, and that's the problem. Flame is more serious to some than others, and I would personally recommend simply using the ignore feature if it is one individual in particular you have a problem with.

For these reasons, I'm going to deny this BRQ. If there are other timestamps that are more blatant TK, please bring them to my attention in a separate BRQ.
