If the player broke the rule, the outcome of the game should be independent to the decision, he should be banned. The severity of the punishment is where the impact should come into play, imo.

@dreadeasy I am having a lot of trouble wrapping my head around this - did you see what Onoki was doing for the remainder of the game? The player was not helping his/ her team and was simply fountain griefing (no, player was not AFK past 28-29 minutes but was sitting at fountain and not helping team push).

whitepower.@USEast banned 5 days for AFKing/ fountain griefing.
