To whom It may concern,

At start of game player sky (adm3n) is upset because he wanted mid and I went mid as well. I did not want to give mid to a new account (2games played). While mid he gives no signs that he is an average player let alone deserves mid. He is afk auto attacking creeps.
Player darkseer (mousebrain) submits votekick attempt against astroyboy (PL) who at the time I thought it was a votekick attempt against me... Whoops.
Player sky(adm3n) its 6 minutes into the game and sky has not made any attempts to cast a spell or help. Just auto attacking and stating he is going to go mask of madness and basher. He continues to verbally bash me and grief about his inability to solo mid.
At around 8 minutes he also goes and takes regen with full life and mana as I was going for it just to spite me.

Most of my anger was in the thinking that the ban request was against me at the start. I now see that it was against astroboy (PL) which makes me feel like a fool. None the less I do believe that player adm3n was in the wrong with his griefing and incidents of sabotage. I am not sure where the line is drawn when 2 people want mid. I believe I was civil about it and he was very negative and aggressive about it. While I was trying to win he was just as happy with the loss. If it wasn't for the other lanes winning I don't know if we would have won the game with his negative attitude.

Also his name adm3n implies that he may be an admin of ENT.

now this is admin impersonation. I also noticed that furion and doom had a fight with you too, proly cuz ur behavior was clearly wrong. Following someone mid to ruin his game just because he didnt wanna swap you is game ruining.

how exactly would this help judge the ban request?

did he get basher or mask of madness? if not, is it bannable just to say he's gonna get them?

Just because a new account decides they want mid does not mean they deserve mid. I don't think its fair that a player with 2 games played is allowed to dictate lanes. I am not sure how I am somehow ruining the game..

All you need to judge is below. If you do not find those to be offensive than you have the right to deny my request.
He was griefing (making game unenjoyable to play) and afk mid auto attacking.

That kind of "griefing" is not bannable. He can say whatever he wants, as long as he is playing and not flaming/insulting excessively, and not breaking any of ENT's rules.

There were a couple of insults, but not close to that level, and you responded to them in the same manner.
