Your battle.net username: CommanderMatrix
Violator's battle.net username: Charliesdf, gimmedatelo, jefffffffyyyyy
Game name (if known): [ENT] Dota sdem us/ca #24
Bot name (for example, ENT15): ENT
Approximate date/time of game (alternatively, link to a Stats page): https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=1683219
Rule player violated: Refusing to votekick intentional feeder
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): 12:09
Any further thoughts: I in no way advocate the kicking of noobs from games. I myself was once a noob and I understand they can never learn if they get kicked all the time. However, when a player is feeding intentionally and ruining the outcome of the game, I believe a votekick is appropriate. These three sentinal players refused to kick 0-5 OD 12 minutes. I dont play Dota for elo, I play for fun, and when someone ruins a game by feeding it is no fun to play.

looking at the replay weaver/od was noob and they got owned bot. if pudge had help bot instead of top at the start they would not have been fed early. mind you he did ask for help a few times.
i kinda wish CommanderMatrix was banned, cuz he flamed all game and yet brown did not intentionally feed but just had a bad game.
but hey, im no admin just a nosy bystander

As they are pushing mid right before they rax OD runs out and dies. Intentional feeding.

OD was just plain noob, it was his second game of dota EVER.

Therefore I am going to have to deny it.
Once in a while we all get noobs who do not know how to play.

Thanks for posting.
