Any further thoughts: I understand being new at the game isn't ruining, but this guy was unresponsive the whole game and was playing by himself. As Bounty Hunter, he bought a Shadow Amulet (never finished Lothars), and didn't have boots the whole game. You look at his inventory and you'll understand. The whole game, he never moved with the team. He was basically killing neutrals the whole game and took breaks from that to feed scourge. In 47+ minutes, he was level 9 with a score of 0-13-0. Being new at the game is not the problem, being unresponsive, playing alone, and feeding is the problem and should constitute as game ruining. Even if his punishment is not the normal-length ban for game ruining, he should receive something to put him on notice that he should be playing within the confines of his team.

Also, because dman2wildboi continued to feed, not respond to the team, and play alone, our team initiated several votekicks, but it was never passed as a couple of players refused to votekick him despite clear evidence he was game ruining. Players iyret and garrypotter never voted, the two who benefited most by killing him, never once voted !yes.

I'll be using in-game time stamps:
To start the game, he buys no items, no chick and heads mid. He dies in under a minute to Husk. He respawns, still buys nothing and heads top where he gets killed by husk again.
2:40 - respawns, buys nothing, runs around jungle for a little bit before killing a lvl 3 dark troll, loses most his hp and runs back to base
5:40 - buys 3 healing salves and goes into jungle, still level 1
7:40 - team being chased behind T2 towers, but he goes off to neutral before running through two of their players and dying to husk again
8:10 - respawns, buys no items, and heads into neutrals, level 2 - gets killed by neutrals at 9:13
9:29 - respawns, buys no items, runs around and tries to neutral, kills one, and runs back to heal
11:38 - buys shadow amulet, kills some creeps mid, neut and goes back to base to heal at 14:30, level 4
15:00 - buys chick (which he keeps in inventory), javelin, and 4 salves, neutrals until he's low health and gets killed by a zeus ult at 19:30, level 5
20:20 - buys 6 salves, neutrals while team fights, then runs into zeus and husk and dies; still level 5
24:00 - buys slippers of agility and helm of iron will; he goes and kills some creeps in bot lane, then heads into jungle; he neutrals until his health is low, using salve while being hit by the neutrals, and gets killed by a zeus ult at 26:30; level 7
28:00 - dies once again from a zeus ult after going into neutral and was low health; level 7
28:45 - respawns, runs around not doing anything until he reveals himself in front of husk/zeus, dies; level 7
30:20 - respawns, buys ghost scepter and heads to neutral; continues to neutral while teammates engage their heroes right beside him at 31:35; eventually dies to zeus as he runs around jungle at 33:05; level 8
33:45 - respawns, buys another chick, which he has follow him into neutrals; neutrals until he dies at 40:10 from another zeus ult
42:30 - after respawning, he runs around neutrals, then walks into three of their heroes in midlane, while he's half hp and not invis; level 9
44:45 - after respawning, he runs straight to their throne and dies with no teammates near him; level 9

When I said 'whole game' I literally meant whole game. Not once did he respond to what we were saying and not once did he join in any team fights. He just remained in neutrals, until his health got low enough for zeus to kill him with an ult. Thanks
