He even joined the next game after we all drawed because he built a tower in bot lane next to his towers thus destroying income and preventing us from being able to win. Then trolled us in lobby and refused to learn how to play the game and instead insisted on coming up with excuses as to why he was playing "differently," and that "why do you get to deside how people play?" (direct quote). Would be nice if you could ban his IP so he stops trolling people and ruining these games that take a long time to fill.

Tbh after reviewing, he seems to be a newbie (True that he could have asked for help at the beginning, but its not like he was purposely trolling or ruining, seems more like a newbie to me)

The incident mentioned by the OP occurs at 2 minutes where red builds another tower bottom (No1 told him anything, until 5 minutes where game got drawn)

This brq should be denied (Unless he got other alias, where he does this often, or has a history of trolling, theres no real evidence of game ruining/trolling in this game)

Don't see any evidence of intentional trolling. Seems like a new player and nobody tried to teach him so he wasn't refusing to cooperate.
