Review:

Well considering he had like 3-4 games played mostly (and looking at how he played), he looks like a newbie basically: You can see him rerolling over and over again at start, keeps building warlocks (true he dind't push, but i dont think he even knew about that).

However ... i dont see any help or advice being given (besides "wtf u doing" and "leave plz" xD) - Truth be said i doubt he would listen or understand anything, but without advice or attempt on comunicating, cant rly ban a newbie tbh

So for now this should be denied (at most leave a warning in case he's reported in the future)

You need to offer advice to players to claim that they're refusing to play as a team.
