I had a bad start/game and he tried to votekick me for game ruining and continued to try to kick for false reasons. Said I was game ruining even though I had 3 kills and 11 assists...

First VK attempt - Ice blasted by AA (which in-case you didn't know kills any hero under an x amount of HP whilst doing dmg/s) you were ~300hp and ran back into AA/farming lane units. Won't consider it abuse.

Second VK attempt is considered abuse by definition, will issue a warning for that one.
