Timestamped the times he violated rule. At 21:40 he says "Don't expect me in team fights anymore" then "I'm farming 10 min" shortly after that. At 24:20 he's creeping top while we losing 2 towers and rax bot. Then the other team goes to rax mid and he's at secret shop. At 28:50 goes in vs 5 and just feeds, it's a clear throw and doesn't help team throughout game.
