Game Name: [ENT] DotA apem us/ca #3
Your Warcraft III Username: worthless_trash
Violator's Warcraft III Username: master-pain
Violated Rule(s): refusal to kick griefer
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 44mins
Any further thoughts: master-pain refused to kick our level 12 griefer (li00ser) at ~44mins. he told his team to not kick since he wasn't listed as "afk" b/c li00ser was just moving around fountain so he wouldnt be listed as afk. during this time, his whole team took 1.5 lanes then decided to kick. you can see that my team had the advantage..i mean iwas 15-4 at this time. anyway, this piece of sh*t deserves to get some sort of punishment for refusing to kick and allowing his team to win, when they should've lost. pathetic person with no sense of fair play or gamesmanship all so he can win.

About this ban request: The votekick was first started at around 43:30 but then it passed around 46:30 (3 minutes total)
That is very much how long an average votekick take. If it was passed on the first kick, your team would be too busy trying to get the gear off Furion and won't even have time to defense during that time.
Another note: On the first votekick, so many people had doubt that Furion wasn't afk since many stated that he just died recently.
Many people were trying to verify if Furion was indeed afk by typing -afk.
Also many people weren't sure if the votekick was because Furion was afk or if he was low on the level. If the reason Furion got votekicked was because he was low level then I think worthless_trash should be banned for votekick abuse.
Many people weren't sure to kick or not because they don't want to be considered votekick abuse.
Remember that your team lost a few towers during that 3 minutes.
I see that you made 2 assumptions:
1) Team 1 should have lost? Can you be so sure? It was proven that is not likely when your team lost 3-4 racks in about 3 minutes.
2) Do you have proof that Master-pain told the team not to kick or is that another assumption?
Seems that you evaluate many things base on assumptions. Is that the reason you posted this request too?
Thanks!

(40:43 / Allied) worthless_trash: why is prophet level 12??????
(41:14 / Allied) worthless_trash: !votekick ll0
(41:33 / All) CG~Drake: A votekick against player [lI00ser] has been started by player [worthless_trash].
(41:55 / All) worthless_trash: before that afk 2-3min
(43:54 / Allied) Master-pain: !hes
Prophet respawns at 4053. At 4114 you attempt to votekick him. That is only 21 seconds into his afk and much to soon to justify a votekick. Opposing players do not have true site and have no way of knowing about the prior afk spell, which you then exaggerated quite a bit. He was actually afk from 3754-3919, a total of one minute 25 seconds. Not 2 or 3 minutes. Also your statement here that master-pain told his team not to vote is not true. By the time the second votekick took place furion was afk for sufficient time to be votekicked, and he was, and master-pain did vote yes.
Denied.
