at 3 min it looks like tiny tossed you for trying to kill meepo. Although you werent in danger situation, so you wouldnt have died. would not say this was intentional gameruin more of teammate strategy.
but if you dont want your teammate to toss you then just type -disablehelp, its easier so tiny doesnt have to toss you if you dont want.
13.40 you were both farming, he tossed you on creep, this is not gameruin.
Watched replay only seen 2 toss from tiny on teammates.

I dont agree that the first toss was malicious at all. Trying for an early kill on meepo seems reasonable to me.
The second toss was without effect and trying to gain creep kill. Also not malicious.
Your immediate votekick attempts, however, were abusive in that they were not warranted based on what occurred. I would caution you here.
