Throughout the game he was trolling but here are some more objective parts:

Round 3 blue sent 2 whelps instead of sending something useful like a blood orc.

Round 8 we all (the team) decided to resend commanders and militia for round 8. Instead of sending with us blue waited until the sends went through. Then he proceeded to start solo sending mass hermits for round 9 for absolutely no reason. It wasn't a "late send" or anything. He kept on sending even after the first 3. From that point he was kicked.
