Any further thoughts: refuse to listen to teammates, farming when team pushing rax. Not using spells to help team. Intentional game ruin.
even his username and where hes from, very toxic game ruiner. should never play this game.

Just a heads up this ban request is backwards. I believe the mikejones is reporting llii-dota-nubs here. After watching replay, the skill level of this game is not very high, and I do not believe llii-dota-nubs was intentionally ruining the game. He looks like a new player that's not doing very well but he does not sit in fountain during game to throw on purpose (only 10 Dota games on his account) . In fact, you guys won the game and llii-dota-nubs didn't flame too hard back after the lobby turned on him and tried to votekick him. Would not recommend banning llii-dota-nubs unless he has alias accounts showing he is not new player as he does die to towers and creeps several times in this game.

However, given this report involves toxicity, I find it interesting that you did not report isoscared for his behavior.

Being toxic to new players is not very inviting.
Would prefer to see a 1-3 day ban on isoscared@useast for toxicity depending on previous violations.

to ban someone for flame you need someone from ingame to report it to even be considered.

Tiny was at 100 hp running to base,
all furion had to do was ult him. He saw it, we all saw it.
Even if your a bad player, you can still listen to your teammates, this is no excuse.
This game ruining is so obvious I find it pathetic your even trying to defend him.

@kappa did you even watch the replay before posting?
It really looks like you just read the game chat and posted your opinion.

If you had actually reviewed the ingame replay you would clearly see his game ruining behaviour.
Heres another one i want you to explain.

40:00-45:00.
Now if you actually watched the replay you would see furion is intentionally farming woods.
while entire scourge team is trying to push for rax. He was even told on chat to help push.
This is where being a noob is no excuse. you listen to your teammates.
Please try and defend this @kappa1
otherwise dont give your opinion on a ban request ever again.

Actually, I found kappa1's response reasonable and well articulated. I have yet to review the game, and dont know what my conclusion will be, but I dont appreciate the "dont ever give your opinion" comment at all.

@matthew999 can you please edit your original post? It appears that you have the violator and your name confused.

I did watch the replay. I always go under the assumption that the player is not on a smurf account intentionally ruining games. What I see is a player that is auto attack creeps, has a terrible item build (doesn't spend gold or pick up items), dies to towers, and dies to creeps. Now I would not expect this player to fully understand game mechanics such as split pushing and teamfighting. Additionally, I wouldn't be shocked if this player didn't understand global abilities such as furion ult. You may have a valid point that he did not listen to his team members, but the team he was on was not particularly kind or helpful. It is not uncommon for players to think farming is a better option than taking objectives. I'm not really sure how dying to towers and creeps is considered less game ruining than forgetting to ult or farming instead of pushing frankly. Finally, I see no flame from chat that would indicate this player was attempting to hinder your performance on purpose, only him complaining after you guys attempt to votekick him.

"ult u stupid fuck, ult" is not the best way to instruct someone in my eyes. I also find it interesting that at the time you were not even aware that furion needed to ult until isoscared brought it up. Considering llii-dota-nubs is on asia server, his ability to understand "ult" might be at play too.

These are the reasons I came to my conclusion. I think it would be unfair to ban llii-dota-nubs given this situation and find the repeated rude comments offensive. If you can prove that this player does in fact know the game then I would completely agree with you and be happy to change my opinion. However, unless that evidence is brought to light, I stand by my original comments. Cheers!

still at end of the day if you watch 40:00-45:00.
Furion was farming forest. And entire scourge team was pushing for rax.
Even if you are a noob. when the team tells you to come help push and u refuse.
Thats called legit game ruining. If this is not a ban, then the ent rules dont make sense.
Ive seen many players get banned for this same reason. there is really no debate here.
If you were on my team im sure you would agree. and so do all 4 of the other scourge players.

I didn't watch the replay, but I looked through llii-dota-nubs game history, it raised a lot of alarms for me.

His hero choices, mostly techies, then bara, and then furion... followed by his item choices reminded me of this player:

Even the name is similar.

Either he is dodging on a proxy or he's actually in Japan now, I don't know. But I highly doubt this is a different player.

Actually im almost sure OP is isoscared (since hes canadian, and im almost sure this is king.kar new forum acc - Look at his previous brqs + hes defending the flaming from isoscared, cuz its him .. like duh, less obvious).

Given this new information, the original issue does not really matter anymore. Player is clearly ban dodging and needs a ban. I was unaware of his mutliple accounts and thank the previous posters for getting to the bottom of it. Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear Mathew999 that you are still unhappy with my analysis. However, I will not be issuing an apology as I stand by my original statements. In the single replay above, there is not enough evidence to show that Furion is purposely playing poorly to hinder your teams performance. Additionally, I do not have access to alias commands to search for multiple accounts, so I am unable to continue my investigation. Due to this, I twice stated that if anyone could provide new evidence I would have a new opinion.

Fortunately, other people recognized this player and did provide information that would warrant a ban, however, the ban reason is unrelated to the original reason you posted. If I were you, I would be thanking the volunteers who spent their time to review your replay and extra time to track the ban dodger down as opposed to being rude. In the case you do not believe ENT rules are being enforced correctly, I encourage you to become more active on the ban forums and apply to be a moderator. If your problem is with my reviews specifically, I would suggest reporting my activity to a moderator for them to review.
