Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 20:55 - enemy is pushing bot rax and the whole team is defending, xsaintx (geo) tp's to top lane to attack creeps.
Any further thoughts:
@21:40 he tp's back to base after most of our team dies, attacks a few creeps/doesn't bother defending bot then goes and sits at fountain til the match finished. So nearly 5-6 minutes. He would move every so often at fountain to reset afk timer.
