The above mentioned player once dived tower and died. After this event he constantly votekicked me and flamed me via chat and pm.

I watched the replay and looked through the chat and heres what I've found:
Votekick #1, claims stranger_L4nd- did not assist, but he got there too late so there was little he could do to help. If he went in to help, he would have died therefore this votekick is invalid.

Votekick #2, gives no reason as to why he is votekicking stranger_L4nd and is therefore invalid.

Votekick #3, Fohkutz was upset they weren't able to get to Roshan quick enough and blamed it on stranger_L4nd(he lies to the other team about stealing an item) and decided to votekick him. This votekick is invalid.

Votekick #4, reason for votekick was to "make it a fair 4on4" which is not a reason to votekick, therefore it is invalid.

All four of these votekicks were invalid and fohkutz lied to the Scourge Legion stating "hetook item". Therefore, Fohkutz@europe.battle.net should be banned for votekick abuse and for lying to the other team about the person being votekicked.

FohKutz banned 2 days for votekick abuse.

In addition, lucy with prolonged afk before being afk-kicked.
4theLOLz banned 3 days for afk/game ruin.
