Any further thoughts: Purple started to team kill because Satyr supposedly team killed one of his structures or units. So woodcutter as Nat ran to my base and began killing my structures even do I had nothing to do with the team killing. This was a 3 man base with users Crabmustard and Phantasmagoria so he was tking their base as well. Then, when we as a team were attempting to vote kick woodcutter, he began to vote kick me instead to try and dodge being kicked him self. The replay shows it all.

BAN THIS KID. So toxic :/ ruined a perfectly good game for everyone. Base TKing people who had nothing to do with him all game. Infuriating.

seemed cool at first, became toxic after the satyr incident. Placed fruits in our base (cant give an exact time sry) destroying towers.

I reviewed the game. The "sat" OP is talking about is iWon. Near the 14 minute mark iWon teamkills one of Woodcutter's units, and Woodcutter responds by TK'ing a bit of everyone. It's worth noting that the first TK happened in the middle of the map where a lot of players were present, however later in chat Woodcutter confirms that he was aware that it was iWon who TK'ed his unit, so there is no excuse to be found there.
OP attempted to votekick Woodcutter, and Woodcutter increased his team killing. Woodcutter also (after the first votekick against him failed) tried to votekick multiple other players.
Additionally, I also reviewed iWon's game history and found no incidents besides this one.
That's my two cents.

11:44 - Satyr / iWon. kills one of Nature's / woodcutter's venomous protectors, one gnoll tracker, and one spear thrower at the mound.
I believe iWon. is doing this because players have expressed the want to continue the game and feed titan as opposed to killing him. They are hoping to use the newer titan to fun base later. However, Satyr shouldn't be killing his teammates' units and Nature agreed not to kill titan as well.
11:55 - Nature responds to this by team killing Tauren's arc on top left ramp at mound and the walls surrounding mound. Teammates warn him to stop and initiate a legitimate votekick against woodcutter. Team killing an arc has a significant impact on the game.
No excuse for this. Losing three units because of one player is not and never will be a valid reason for killing your teammates structures and ruining the game.
12:35 - Nature enters top left fun base and proceeds to build a large number of fruits with the intention of using them to team kill the entire base. A war between Nature's team killing fruits and the base's towers occurs while players try to vote kick Nature. He eventually begins killing towers by hand with Nature builder. Nature has ruined an entire triple base.
15:20 - Nature enters Fae's base at Heaven and begins team killing his towers too. Uses his own workers to block path and tower spots in base as well.
17:50 - Returns to Fae base to kill again.
Players eventually all leave the game because of woodcutter.
Additionally, woodcutter uses votekick to stall his own kick and / or trick other players into votekicking the wrong player.
The reason woodcutter gives:
woodcutter - I haven't seen a player single handedly ruin an Island Defense game this much in some time. Player has a previous violation for votekick abuse that I can see and is in violation of teamkilling / game ruining / votekick abuse here. Would recommend a longer ban duration for woodcutter considering the severity of his actions and total disregard for all other players.
iWon. - Fairly innocent teamkill for the most part but is still a violation. Had a small impact on the game in itself. However, it triggers woodcutter to go on a team killing rampage. Would recommend short ban for iWon. seeing as his teamkilling, on its own, had little impact on the quality of the game.
