Violated Rule(s): Refusing to cooperate by sending alone and not save-send with teammates to win.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): No king up (when told to do so he just upped regen 3 times) till lvl 10. Did solo send on 10 (no mass but frost trolls/wolfs etc)
Any further thoughts: Clearly he refused to play as a team since blue and myself agreed to up king and not send on 10. He refused to do so and told us we would be the ones to refuse teamplay.
