Any further thoughts:

Real annoying chat all throughout game and check lobby, it's even worse. Some choice racist words towards teammate. My main reason for ban request though is his excessive ping from 12:15 to 13:30ish. All over map couldn't see anything and as far as i know i can't ignore that. Also, i'm not sure the *exact* time but he sat fountain from 10:00-14:00 while they pushed two tier 2s. Not like it mattered, he fed mid and flamed whole team. Ugh.
