2nd Game Review:

Time of violation is actually 7:30/7:40min into game. Afks at fountain for 30-40sec and leaves base to jungle then returns to base and afks more. Repeatedly does this until end of game. If enemy appears at top, he goes to other lane.
Basically, 33min of afk, jungling, not defending, and/or avoiding enemy. I dont think he engaged enemy once within that timeframe...

As for non votekick, basically all of sentinel and bebel. Going to use chat for time reference.
(13:12) 1st attempt by buildthewall! resulted in no votes from both sentinel and scourge
(15:47) 2nd attempt by buildthewall! resulted in no votes from both sentinel and scourge
(18:19) 3rd attempt by buildthewall! resulted in no votes from KOREAAZA (Sentinel), Save_TheMilitia (Scourge) & bebel (Scourge)
(22:09, 27:02 & 39:27) are other attempts at votekick which only resulted in buildthewall, save_themilitia and snowly voting.

Essentially sentinel didnt bother voting after doing so ONCE in third attempt. Vote probably would have succeeded if militia and bebel voted on that one too. His own teammates...

I was wondering why sentinels had barely any chat activity til I noticed they were probably using a mic to talk to each other, haha. All but one from korea.
