3rd Game Review:

Saw no signs of game ruin or (intentional) feed. Sure, he jungled alot; escpecially between 20-30m mark in which he gets caught 3times and dies, but other than that none of his deaths were intentional. Furthermore, he does help team when necessary. Believe there were two occasions where enemy was fighting at Scourge tower, but both fights were either drawing to a close or enemy retreating so he goes jungling instead.

And yes, he did ask to be kicked since he wanted to go to sleep but that does not violate any rules since he still played.
I occasionally asked to be kicked myself :)

Btw, does Goblins Greed work on neutrals? Maybe thats why hes still neutraling over laning where he dies a lot. Couldnt see Scourge gold on replay so couldnt tell if it was going up after killing creeps.

Ban request should be denied

On another note, thx @Civiliznations for the unban.
