Any further thoughts: I noticed something odd when he went mid with 2 gauntlet of strength and maxing out sticky naplam oil before firefly. This indicate he planning to use the bug earlier on to gain an advantage of the early game.

I didn't know that urn is bugged with batrider. Is it officially banned from dota? Is there a ban penalty? Shortly afterwards when I was told it was bugged/bannable, I sold the item. Username: CyKo

How can you lie h0b0? Very sad to see you try so hard to get me in trouble. I went top, was not mid. I rushed tranquil boots, got urn afterwards. Be specific. Post a replay of the game to disprove this; and I actually did not max out sticky napalm first lol. That was actually my last maxed out skill before + stats. I don't know where you got that capture from, but that is incorrect.

Allowed:
Batrider’s napalm + Urn does an unintended excessive amount of damage but has plenty of counters (heals / magic reduction / magic block).

This is for ih dota, but since in pub dota games u can counter it in same way, u could apply same rule for pub dota games right?
Maybe im wrong im kinda new in dota.

If finger of death had no cooldown and did 20x more damage, you could still counter it with magic block or immunity, so that also makes it fine, right? This is good logical reasoning.

You should have the right to receive the right amount of damage from skills and items when you don't conveniently have the protection against them. dihl is just plain wrong and that should be addressed. It's glitched, it should be banned, end of the story.

That's very possible, as far as I know those end game item/skill summaries seem to glitch a lot. Didn't watch replay though (the replay is right there, anyone can).

From what I've seen from the replay itself
But you were "Void" in that game, and can you explain how can you be "Batrider" in that game? Unless there's a connection between you and RunnForestRun. Urn of shadow was rushed before tranquil boot. The replay itself is in the link. There's no deny that Batrider's intention to attempt to use the bug in the first place. If not, there is no need to max out sticky napalm and rushes Urn of the shadow in the first place.

Batrider went mid from 0:00 till 4:00, and then went top with invis
0:00 - 1:02 - 2 Gauntlet of strength as a prerequisite items for Urn of shadow.
2:38 - Pet delivering Sobi Mask and Recipes toward middle.
2:38 - 7:40 - Still no tranquil boot
7:45 - Has charges on urn of shadow
8:25 - Use Urn of shadow on Akasha while having Sticky napalm on her.
8:30 - Used another sticky napalm on akasha again to stack the damage from Urn of shadow.
8:32 - Akasha died from interaction of sticky napalm and urn of shadow
9:02 - Void died from interaction of sticky napalm + urn of shadow + firefly

I would assume DIHL allows it to be used due to teams being more comprehensive and having better communication to counter/negate a batrider. In pub games, there really isn't much to stop you as help is non-existent at times and you're left trying to escape a batrider who can kill you fairly quickly and easily.

I asked moderators on this forum to add that urn can be potentially banned when used with batrider but it seems no one cares enough to add that message to the game. It would save them more time simply by adding that lone message instead of having to go through a process of watching replay/banning/having to unban if that user appeals.

Warning ban given this time since user has no history + I did not find him using urn+napalm after the warning was given + use did sell urn soon
If this repeats proper ban will be enforced .
