@ 22:30 he uses his force staff to push me into enemy
@ 22:45 he blatantly blocks me as we are retreating from enemy.
@ 24:00 he abuses force staff
@ 26:00 he comes to me creeping, puts me to sleep to steal my creeps
@ 32:45 he puts me to sleep again as im creeping
@ 37:30 he puts me to sleep mid fight
@ 43:40 he vote kick abuse me for nor eason
@ 46:30 he uses ghost to disable me
@ 56:45 he uses force staff to push me to enemy fountain

Any further thoughts: Both these players deserve a ban as they broke rules. Especially the bane as he abused his skills, talked a lot of trash even after I whispered him by abusing the slap command and whisper.

I'm Bane. This guy ignored me, started whispering me with DND on, so I couldn't whisper back. This started very early in the game and was the reason I used the slap command (only way I could talk back to him). I only grabbed this screenshot where he threatened to throw the game, but it got much worse throughout.

Whatever happened to canadians being polite. Wisp here from the same game.

There had been four players against you, which confirms the point that chances are, it wasn't all four of us being wrong. You refused to gank, dived alone multiple times, you didn't even want to hear about taking any advice, you've separated from team and did all you possibly could to undermine Bane and Riki out of pure spite.

However, you both do need a punishment for flooding over entire mid/late game with !slap commands, which if they're not in rulebook as abuse-able command, they damn well should be.
