[DOTA] Prolong afk grief 10 mins, refusing to kick him ! easy bans 10 mins

Any further thoughts: sniper goes afk at base lvl 1 prolongs it so he is not kicked for more then 10 mins. scourge refuse to kick even tho he states in al chat : (06:29 / All) Closed.: PLEASE KICK ME and go on for 10 mins . refusing to kick . NOT to mention the JAK feeding riki 2 DR and buying him gem twice!
