Any further thoughts: player has 400 elo, purposely game ruins and doesn't take advice. uses methods to play stupid and game ruin but avoid being banned, has 2000 + games and knows what hes doing on purpose

You can't see that he's 400 ELO after 1000+ games, purposely ruining?

I'm not going to waste time documenting 50 timestamps when you are to lazy to look at his end score. so just keep letting him game ruin i'll just avoid him
