Game Name: [ent] dota arem us/ca #46
Your Warcraft III Username: xins
Violator's Warcraft III Username: taylorswiftfan
Violated Rule(s): game ruin, sell items, give rapier twice to enemy
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 40-51 minutes
Any further thoughts: ember bought a rapier intentionally thinking to die and give it to the enemy. then he sold his items 10 minutes later to buy another one and give to enemy again. He also refused to defend mid lane about 35 minutes into the game while he was neutraling. Overall just a shitty player for no regards to how the game should be played.

If its worth anything I can add my point of view.
I was the Huskar on the same team (Rodoh).
The guy in question was gameruining on purpose and tried to act up like he is noob to dodge the ban.
He violated a bunch of rules like:
-refusing to teamplay/defending crucial buildings
-feeding rapier intentionally to enemies
-ghosting on roshan
The first rapier might slip as excusable noob mistake, the second though is a clear feed, timestamp of that action is around 48 min.
The part of beeing a noob is all acted and if you go through his game history you can see that he can actually play reasonable.
This was clear ruin on purpose.
