Time of Violation (in-game or replay): every 2 minutes they were feeding of a low 800 elo player. We are talking here about so called players with 1300 and 1500 elo that refused, aldo our team voted 3 times and none from them.
Any further thoughts: there has to be something done about this thing, because is more and more present in games and it ruins it.
An example has to be set. When a team votes the other team should respect the will of the team.
That was the only reason they won a game, in rest they are lower than that 800 elo feeder
