Any further thoughts:
You should change your ban lengths so that in these cases where refusing to kick and using glitch won them the game carries the same punishment as glitching itself, because last time I checked, you dont remove stats from such games. Many people won't even notice a ban length of 1-2 days

About the change the refusal to kicking ban length, post it in the suggestions as for now it will stay as is.
