Any further thoughts:
Lied that his teammates are afk just because they weren't as skilled so he wanted to trick us into a draw (We would have been willing to wait for them for 3 mins since its normal in a civ wars match). He then left when we weren't willing to draw cause we were willing to wait, but his teammates talked proving he lied lol.

Decided to report him since autoban didn't work.

I don't think autoban bans everytime someone leaves, but it should get him eventually. He did this for one game and then tried to do it a second game, but stayed anyway, while I was playing earlier today. We actually drew the first game thinking he was afk. The second game he was very unconventional, but I don't think trying to throw (Essentially let us take top in first 15 minutes (his lane), but did appear to try to win after that so I have no idea what goes through this guy's mind.)

Team stacker ugh. I don't really feel he deserves a ban though, and personally I find his gameplay entertaining.
