Game Name: [ENT] DotA apem us/ca #68
Your Warcraft III Username: AttacDemarco
Violator's Warcraft III Username:

Game ruining:
q2za@europe.battle.net

Failing to kick a ruiner:
neverforever@uswest.battle.net
sc0tty@europe.battle.net
crymeariver@useast.battle.net
lord-odin@uswest.battle.net
vigilanteghost@uswest.battle.net

Leavers:
crymeariver@useast.battle.net
icarry@asia.battle.net

Violated Rule(s): Game ruining, leavers, & failing to kick a game ruiner
Time of Violation (in-game or replay):

Bold for AFK situations

2:30 Looks like the challenges for rune but actually does nothing but run around secret shop and then goes back to fountain for no reason at full health
3:22 starts going to lane
3:50 stops right beyond tower where he still gets creep xp and holds position
4:10 retreats back to tower and stays there until 4:38
5:00 is his first attempt to farm creeps all game
6:00 retreats at 500/600 hp, but decides to get a tp scroll and go back to fountain at 6:15 to get gloves of haste and heal salve (as omni?)
7:00 back in lane
8:00 decides to go back to fountain again at 741/815 hp
8:30 reaches fountain and stays AFK until 9:40
9:40 goes out to throne and holds position until 10:00
10:00 starts walking to tower and then stays at tower for about 10 seconds, without attempting to get creep xp, until 10:30
11:40 revives after dying and doesnt move until 11:53 (does not buy items)
11:53 looks to go to lane
12:27 stops in middle of the lane and goes AFK until 13:12

Any further thoughts:
I think the game ruin by q2za is self-evident given the log I transcribed (about 3 minutes and 10 seconds of laning in the first 10 minutes of early game). crymeariver went AFK in lane around 22:30, died, and then left game but aside from that played seriously. icarry@asia.battle.net just rage quit at the beginning of the match at around 5:55.

I ask that the opposing team should get bans for not voting to kick q2za. It states clearly in the rules that you are allowed to question a votekick, but I told them what was going on several times (afk middle of the lane and his ridiculously low level for that stage of the game when some people were already level 9 and he was level 3) and they still didn't vote. Fighting 4v5, this effectively destroyed our chances of competing.

If no precedent is set to enforce the votekick rules then players can do what they always do in pub games, which is to wait until the second or third votekick when the advantage at that point is too great to overcome, which makes votekicking a pointless rubber stamping exercise. I understand I may come across as a sour stickler for the rules but I want fair, competitive games and this kind of passive rule-breaking behaviour stops that from happening.

Have you ever considered that this guy is EXTREMELY new? Believe me, it is absolutely frustrating and I've had my own share of dealing with those types of players, but I've learned the best policy is to either be quiet or offer help without any hints of frustration. Best of luck, hope to catch ya online bud.
