jakiro dies once, then types !ff while flaming his allies. Then jungles ineffectually until minute 9, typing gj when allies are killed. At this point he is level 5 and they are all 7,8 and 9.

Min 18 he is lev 6, still has not joined team. Team mates are lev 9 and 11. When asked if he is ruining he puts his allie on ignore.
The next several minutes he sits intermittently in lane doing nothing, occaisionally moving up to engage a creep wave.
Min 23 he is lev 7, has not joined team in defense or any other fashion, and continues to flame.
And on and on...
This player has 13 game ruining and other bans, six in the last 12 months.
master_pain banned 3 weeks for game ruin, multiple offenses.
