I do not really know what to think about this, if he is telling the truth then this guy is ruining his friends account. If he is not, then he is a full blown troll. I know that performing badly is not against the rules but I just cannot believe this was not a troll.
Also looking at previous games you can see that suddenly Takamura is playing from America when he is normally dutch, so maybe it is the truth. Regardless I cannot see how this should be allowed.

As blue in that game I wholeheartedly agree with that this player deserves to be banned, not only did he ruin my gaming experience with his excessive trolling, he tked us and I am therefore no longer allowed to partake in the 1200+ games!

@the-one-two Provide time stamps of the game where he violated the rules stated.

It is hard to give exact time stamps here. He is basically trolling throughout the game typing in all caps until we threaten to report him. This all caps "I AM A NOOB PLEASE TEACH ME THIS IS MY FRIENDS ACCOUNT" goes on for at least 10-15 minutes.

On arena he full builds thereby preventing us from sending 14 which we badly needed, which while not the only TK move, was the one that effectively cost us the game.

They won't review this without EXACT instances. So levels and timestamps are necessary, for the sake of moderation time.

This is a guy that had 1600+ elo, claiming to play on 1200+ to learn how the game is supposed to be played.
Moreover he decided to build approximately 300 value before arena, so level wise for tk would be arena.

@the-one-two @Snoker So just to be clear he "tk'd" on arena by deliberately overbuilding? Is this the only violation?

Something I think you guys are forgetting is the 1200+ environment is already as sensitive as it is with cases. Meaning, when you guys come into the ban request section and say someone had broken ENT rules by "excessive trolling" and "teamkill", I expect details to follow.

I will not make it more clear beyond this post - You need to provide specific instances followed by either replay times or levels (either is fine for me) for this to be reviewed properly, otherwise, I will only review the arena incident and make my initial judgement/ruling on such.
