Any further thoughts: Nothing important for the ban request, but I have noticed a significant number of disconnects on load today like OxPxExN experienced this game.

I can't conclusively say what caused disconnect during load screen - could be a number of problems/reasons. Desyncs on the other hand are definitely caused by map mechanics (detting workers mostly).
