As you can see he is active just before leaving, and his teammates applaudes him for it.

This is not the first game they played together, they played both the games on their alts together. If you take the time to watch the demo im sure you will se that they got discord or smthing going.. so no need for text coms. (I dont have time to check it now, will later.)
