2) started filling our cage with useless cheap units and proceeded to only build those after we refused to votekick him out

I only called votekick after this guy would keep using RS when I called it and screwed us both rounds, after I specifically asked him!.. because I would rather leave the game and not have to keep playing

And im not aware of any votekick rules on myself if there are such rules then I wouldnt have called it..

Also both me and our other team mate called for draw after his scumbaggery and he refused so I did try to exhaust all options so I could start a game without a cancerous player

To summarise:
I ask him not to rs, he says no... we both rs at the same time.. happens again second round..
We vote for a draw, except him... Seeing as we are fucked with him on our team and waiting for a slow demise I ask to be votekicked.
he claims thats illegal and begins to threaten to get be banned because I asked for that.
