Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): After going 0-4, I, veno, got frustrated at how badly he was feeding top lane. A few minutes later I started to notice him just diving at the enemy and buying branches and branches. This was a sure sign of game ruining so we tried to get a votekick going to get him off the game. Several of our attempts did not work until we made it very clear to the other team that he was game ruining, they seem pretty happy about having him around to feed on for further.
Any further thoughts: I wouldn't have mind him that much, however; it just got to point that it seem he was no longer playing but just intentionally feeding and buying branches.

yeah, I was in that game too, he started out with something like 0-5 in the first 5 minutes (which is fine by me if you dont do it intentionally), but at some point he just started to run straight into the opponents through mid, not even trying to hide what he was doing. Enemy team seemed really please about that, blocked the votekick like 3 times and only kicked him after we threatend to report them for ruin too.
Pretty clear case...
