Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 0 min and throughout entire game
Any further thoughts: picked furi, ported to opposing fountain immediately and claimed he misclicked, which does not seem possible, other team would not kick, he continued to port to other team and die throughout the rest of game, only bought boots, and just bought different kinds so he clearly knew how to make them, his feed was obvious and intent, scourge refused to kick entire game, we tried to boot several times and they would not, luckily he dc'd after 12 deaths, all scourge should be banned along with him for refusing to kick a guy they knew was throwing. and I see this banrq isn't the only one leading to this guy (viewtopic.php?f=8&t=133347)
