Report against SoundFX in the same game as he then tk'd after the game started.

SoundFX was reading chat during the countdown while it was announced for him, little time to leave still.

Everyone in the lobby has to be informed in time, so they can leave if they dont like a particular mode.
Halfway through the countdown is definitely too late. Please announce the mode once again as soon as the last player joined the lobby.
